About
Hi my name is Integra. I’m a certified birth doula supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the fourth trimester. My approach blends evidence-based practice with heartfelt, personal care. My background is in clinical research where i worked with moms and babies to understand how the stress of COVID 19 has impacted them and relationship dynamics between mom and baby. During my course training as a CLD, what i really loved the most, is the relationship and trust i got to build with families. i do not take for granted, and truly honor the vulnerability that families display. As a CLD my main goal is to help facilitate a space where that kind of vulnerability is not only welcomed but protected.
