I'm Natalie. I am currently working to become a certified lactation supporter and educator. While working through this I am also educating myself on postpartum and lactation nutrition needs so I can best support my families as a whole. I believe in order to care for your child you must also be cared for. All different family and parent types are important and all postpartum experiences are valid!
