I am a Wife, Mother, Doula, Massage Therapist and Army Veteran. I am dedicated to serving others and my community. I strive to educate women on their bodies capabilities and autonomy. The power of having the education of the body and understanding the psyche of birth is a passion for me. I am straight forward and am an advocate about YOU advocating for yourself and finding your voice for the decisions you make throughout your journey into motherhood.
