My philosophy is simple: “you and your baby come first.” Your needs, concerns, and unique wishes are at the heart of every decision, and my role is to walk alongside you as a trusted guide, advocate, and calming presence. Bringing a unique blend of clinical expertise and holistic wellness to your birth space, I draw on over 20 years in healthcare, including specialized experience in OB/GYN and hematology alongside more than a decade as a healthcare educator helping families navigate their options with clarity and confidence. Additionally, as a certified yoga, meditation, and sound bowl instructor with 5 years of experience. I integrate mind-body practices to help you cultivate inner peace, release tension, and connect deeply with your intuition throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
